Litpersona Marks 10 Years on the Scandinavian Market
This month, Litpersona turns 10.
When we started back in 2015, we couldn't have imagined how many people, projects and experiences we would meet along the way. Over these 10 years, Lithuanian construction specialists working on our projects across Scandinavia have brought more than €30 million in earnings back home to Lithuania — while all taxes on that work were duly paid in the host countries that provided it.
We've learned many lessons. But today we know one thing clearly: long-term value isn't created by the largest headcount — it's created by strong teams, reliable clients, high standards and the ability to keep agreements.
That is why our focus today is quality:
- Careful selection of both specialists and clients
- A strong legal and compliance framework
- Clear project management processes
- Long-term partnerships
What matters to us is not the number of people, but people you can rely on.
Over 10 years we've understood a simple truth: not every client is the right client, not every project is the right project, and not every person is the right person. So today, we choose quality.
Thank you to every construction specialist, office colleague, partner and client who has been part of this journey. The best is still ahead.

Few highlights about 2023:
- As of 2022, revenues are more than 30 Mln. DKK;
- Denmark remained the main market of Litpersona, even projects in new countries started;
- New countries where we started projects: +4. We laid the foundations for the development of activities in a wider geography;
- Current geography: Denmark, Greenland, Norway, Holland, Germany.
- New clients in 2023: 11. This makes total reference clients almost 60.
- 2024 is already 9 years of Litpersona's activity on the market, proving that we make sustainable decisions that create value for those who work with us;
We thank construction specialists, office workers, partners, customers - everyone who was with us in 2023 and helped us overcome challenges, which, as always, were not lacking.

June 11-12 Litperosna business development team participated in Fehrmandays 2023. During 2 days we had a bus tour to the biggest in history Danish construction site and many hours of networking with both Danish and German stakeholders. We are looking forward to starting operations in Lolland and take part in building String Megaregion.
